Shankar Ram Pohumall Asnani

Dato’ Shankar R. P. Asnani is a Sindhi, born in Kuching, Sarawak in 1970 and a Malaysian. He graduated from the University of Wales College of Cardiff in 1994 and did the Bar Vocational Course at University of Westminster, London from 1994-95. After passing the Bar Vocational Exams in 1995, he was called to the English Bar and admitted as a Barrister of the Middle Temple.

Dato’ Shankar R. P. Asnani was admitted as an advocate of the High Court in Sabah and Sarawak in the year 1996, admitted as advocate of the Supreme Court of Brunei Darussalam in 1997 and admitted as Advocate of the High Court of Malaya in 2018. Dato’ Shankar R. P Asnani has about 29 years vast experience active in both civil and criminal matters.
