YONG YOONG HUIYong Yoong Hui, an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya, brings invaluable expertise to our firm with an LLB (Honours) from Multimedia University. Her energetic work ethic coupled with exceptional drafting and research skills make her a valuable Co-counsel and team member to our litigation team. She expertly deals with client communications and has amassed extensive experience in handling a diverse range of civil litigation, including contractual disputes, corporate and commercial law matters, debt recovery, land acquisitions, family disputes, insolvency, succession matters and tortious claims such as defamation, trespass and trespass at all levels from the
Magistrates Court to the Federal Court.

Yong Yoong Hui also has experience in Industrial and labour law matters representing clients in disputes related to employment, industrial relations and labour law at the Industrial and Labour Courts. Her strategic thinking abilities come to the forefront in resolving various legal and procedural challenges and is a core and integral part of our firm’s capabilities and strengthens the support our firm provides to our litigation clients. Her dedication remains steadfast in pursuing expertise in civil litigation and industrial / labour law matters. With her almost 10 years of experience, she possesses a significant advantage with a proper command of the requisite paperwork and case preparation positioning her to excel as Co-counsel to Mr Krishna Dallumah. Her commitment to her work and her passion for advocating on behalf of our clients underscore her standing as a growing force in the legal arena.
